What goes in the folder
- The EX-15 form, filled in and signed
- A valid passport or national ID, plus a photocopy
- Evidence of why you need it — a job, a purchase, a course, whatever applies
- The Modelo 790-012 tax form, paid at any Spanish bank
- Two passport photos (needed for the non-EU TIE)
- An empadronamiento certificate where the procedure calls for one
Five steps, start to finish
